Our Napa Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates (IHP) instructors are professionally trained and certified to teach and guide you through your classes. Our Bikram Hot Yoga Instructors are fully trained to teach the classis 26 postures and 2 breathing exercise. We are also a teacher training studio where we have our own instructors offer teacher training /individual one on one sessions and workshops throughout the year. Visiting Instructors also offer enrollment certifications, and continuing education. Our goal is safe, effective and motivating movement.
Celeste Carducci -Ahnfeldt ( and husband Bruce Ahnfeldt) are the owners of Napa Hot Yoga & Pilates. The Center opened in 2017 to serve the Napa Hot Yoga Community and host clients from all over visiting the beautiful Napa Valley. Celeste has been practicing Bikram Style Hot Yoga for 13 years and has been teaching Health and Fitness for over 35 years. She is on the Phys.ED instructor staff at Napa Valley College and teaches Kinesiology, Nutrition and Weight Management and Yoga Core Fusion. She is also Certified by the American Council On Exercise (ACE) and is also trained by Inferno Hot Pilates owner Gabrielle Walters. Her compassion for opening Napa Hot Yoga & Pilates in 2017 was motivated by this life transforming practice and to share it with the Napa Community , visiting guests, students from all levels – beginners to experienced. Celeste enjoys , hiking, cycling, wake boarding, reading and traveling with her husband Bruce. Hot Yoga keeps her young, flexible and energetic. It’s best practice as we age, the heat allows our muscles to relax, stretch, promote greater flexibility and heal past injuries. One of her mantras “Dreams are the Seedlings of Reality” Gibran. Mara was introduced to Bikram Yoga by her daughter in 2005, and hasn’t looked back since (except in backward bending). A Bikram certified Yoga instructor since 2012, Mara loves doing it right! She teaches her students how to do each posture and the benefits they’ll experience by performing the posture correctly.
Carolena is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor. She began her yoga journey in 2008 while studying to become a mental health therapist. As a therapist and yoga instructor she shares the gift of yoga and all that yoga encompasses with a focus on mental , physical well being and balance. She loves to help others heal and learn to be at peace with what is in the present. Her yoga teacher training is in ViniYoga under the work of Gary Kraftsow. She believes that yoga can bring people together and allow them to embark on a personal journey on and off the mat.

She holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise, her specialty is preventative and rehabilitative exercise and she is also a certified Inferno Hot Pilates instructor. Her 17 year practice of Bikram Yoga inspired her to give the Napa Community a place to practice where instructors are dedicated, innovative, kind and compassionate. Erica is a teacher of Christ-centered Yoga. A worship leader, musician, painter, writer, athlete, educator, wife and mommy she is a multi -gifted individual that shares her talents and wisdom generously. In 2002 following a knee injury, she sought healing through a therapeutic Iyengar Yoga class and fell in love with the practice. Sharing and growing in her practice ever since, she completed her formal teacher training through UCLA with a M.Ed. in 2007 and through Yoga Works with a 500 hour level RYT in 2009. She enjoys sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through the ministries of Yoga, worship, hospitality and enjoying Life.
Maribel began her Bikram Yoga practice in 2010. In her process of healing with the unexpected passing of her sister from an aortic aneurysm, she searched for the tools to help her through the grieving process. She found the hot yoga room was a place where she felt whole again and happy. She attended her Bikram Yoga teacher training in 2014 and shares her strength and compassion in teaching others. She has a BS in Chemistry and teaches a strong yet soothing class with emphasis in mental clarity, peace and simply being in the moment.
Susan Deicke has been a Fitness Professional for over 25 years. In addition to being ACE certified in group fitness and personal training, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition, and a Master’s degree in Education. She has prior experience in club management as a group fitness director and currently teaches exercise science and fitness at two community colleges. Having participated in the Evolution of the Fitness Industry for the past three decades, Susan remains passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through exercise and nutrition.
Raina is a Sonoma native. She started practicing Bikram yoga in 2006. Before discovering the Bikram yoga practice, she was going to the chiropractors twice a month to get her head on straight. She would feel better for a minute, but the problem was never fixed. After practicing for two consecutive months, she cancelled chiropractor appointments. Then is when she knew this was her practice, she loves the heat, sweat, stillness, discipline. She went to teach training in 2008., and the rest is a never ending journey. She can’t imagine her life without Bikram yoga. Meet her on the mat!
Mia’s Life Mantra:”May all of us move through the most difficult times with grace and strength” . Yoga has helped Mia in finding a trueness to self and what is important. She believes in challenging the body, finding the edge but respecting the body’s limits. Growing up with a father that is a professional athlete, now coach she quickly learned the importance of keeping the body in shape and mentally tuned. Mia is certified in Core Power Yoga. Her Yoga Sculpt provides a strong platform to embrace and focus on the body and mind connection. She
welcomes all to join the yoga community that changed her life and fellow yogis that provide so much inspiration to her and others.
Reiki Master and musician, Darleen Gardner, is a certified practitioner of Sound Healing Therapy and was recently certified in Kidding Around Yoga, a unique style of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for children. As an addition to her Reiki and Sound Healing practice, Darleen’s goal is to teach mindfulness to adults and children. She is currently enrolled in a Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification Program.
Andrea is the Founder and Executive Director of Oryoki Zendo, a 501(c)(3), Non-profit, Zen Buddhist organization dedicated to promoting Mindfulness and Meditation.
She is an ordained Priest in the Zen Buddhist tradition, a cognitive behavioral-based Mindfulness Counselor, a professional member of The Pennsylvania Counseling Association, a Certified Life Coach, and a Celebrant for weddings, blessing, and life transitions.
Andrea has a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Human Services, an M.A. in Buddhist Studies, and earned her Life Coaching Certificate through the Life Coaching Institute, London, England.
A professional dancer and dance teacher for most of her life, Andrea also has an extensive educational background in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, and Sports Medicine, and has taught a variety of fitness classes from water aerobics, strength conditioning, and stretching/relaxation, to Stott Pilates.
As a Trainer for the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Public Health Institute from 1996 to 2010, she taught a wide array of workshops in stress management and mindfulness for healthcare professionals.
She teaches Mindfulness, Meditation, and Zen Studies, and is a motivational speaker and a presenter on the practices and benefits of mindfulness and meditation for various organizations and groups.
Loeta Andersen has been a devoted practitioner of Bikram Yoga since 2007, taking 345 classes her first year. Hooked by how the sequence of twenty-six postures made her feel physically and mentally, she embraced the discipline, meditative focus, and yes, the heat. As a longtime educator she knew she wanted to teach this therapeutic yoga to others maximizing their optimal wellness. In addition to being certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Loeta is certified in Plant Based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies. Loeta also holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from San Francisco State University. When Loeta is not practicing or teaching in the hot room she is enjoying one of her many varied interests. She is an avid hiker, gardener, reader, and home cook of delicious and nutritious whole food plant based cuisine. She shares these interests with her family, especially her grandson, Caleb Loeta’s advice about wellness, “Eat lots of plants and practice lots of yoga.”
Amanda is an Arizona native who grew up competing in swimming, sports and training. It was no surprise that she would one day fall in love with coaching others in fitness and health. She studied theater arts, and sociology in college. Completing her bachelors degree, while training to be a fitness and wellness coach. She continued in her fitness pursuit and earned her Personal Training, Kinesiology, Mind/Body wellness, Group Fitness, and Inferno Hot Pilates training . Also, working remotely as a self-employed business owner, and mother to two daughters. Currently she teaches Inferno Hot Pilates in Napa, and it brings her such joy to see the positive changes in her students. Amanda brings a sense of strength, and fun while pushing students to their personal fitness edge.
Jodi Shields, Licensed Certified Bodywork Professional, Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr / I’m a dedicated practitioner and teacher of bodywork and holistic therapy. I have been involved in this practice since 2007. I am passionate about helping people find balance and renewal – body, mind, and spirit – through bodywork. I’m committed to providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
Irene Tracey Yoga became a healing modality for Irene to cope with stress and anxiety. After completing her YTT in 2016 her goal was to bring this medicine to her students. To be present for yourself; the link between breath and movement. Her training in Yin Yoga and Women’s Embodiment has allowed her to stay a student first then teacher. She invites her students to be curious and take time to explore. Irene loves to help others find their flow by encouraging students to create space and allow for fluidity on and off the mat.
