Power Vinyasa Flow
This Power Yoga Flow is a great class for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. It is a moving meditation that is a Christ-centered practice. This total mind, body and Spirit workout improves balance, strength and flexibility.
Is the ultimate in creating long, lean muscle definition. It offers a full body toning workout using light weight resistance. Free weights are added to the yoga sequence, with a cardio component to intensify each pose. Get ready to squat, lunge, work the core, engage and tone arm muscles and activate every major muscle group. Warm not hot temp.
Deep Stretch and Meditation
This class is designed to move at a slower pace and will focus on alignment, breath and flexibility. It is preventative, rehabilitative especially for the joints, and spine. You will enjoy the sense of ease , lightness and relaxation. This class is for all levels and includes a guided meditation.
